WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!

REDUCE THE RISK OF SEXUAL ASSAULT:

  • Always carry money on you for a phone or taxi.
  • Know the exact plans for a date and your expected time of return, then inform a parent, room mate, or friend.
  • Your ability to react under the influence of alcohol and drugs is reduced.
  • NEVER let a stranger bring you a drink or leave your drink unattended.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

McDonald's Cookie Sales
- Every Wednesday during the month of March the Mt. Pleasant McDonald’s will donate 50% of cookie sales to Shelter Agencies for Families in East Texas (SAFE-T).  All donations to SAFE-T are used to provide services to victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.  Buy a cookie (or two, or three…) from a Mt. Pleasant McDonalds on any Wednesday in March and you will help save a life, changing victims to SURVIVORS.   If you are a victim of domestic violence or sexual assault, please call the SAFE-T office at
903-572-0973 or the hotline at 903-575-9999.
